Zagreb, Croatia have taken all warranty obligations during factory warranty period for all ABUS overhead travelling cranes, jib cranes, chain and rope hoists and other equipment on the Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian and Herzegovinian, Montenegrian and Macedonian markets, regardless of the source from which the equipment is supplied.
If your equipment is still in the factory warranty period, and you have the reason for warranty claim, call HOISTECand your claim will be solved as soon as possible. It is irrelevant whether you purchased your products at us, or did you get it from other sources. Take advantage of our unique guarantee!
